The Social Resource Allocation (SORA) system is made up of the SORA base, from which three other subsystems are built -- NARA, DIRA, and FIRA*. These subsystems work together to sustain the circulation of goods and services within and between societies.
DIRA is the system tasked with delivering goods and services during disasters, whether natural or man-made. It uses the SORA base code, but is designed to focus on disasters and incidents, which are then relieved or resolved through collective human action. Eventually DIRA can be 'plugged in' to SORA so that users can switch between normal trade and giving donations more easily.
We've put up a proof of concept of DIRA on http://dira01.herokuapp.com and will have an alpha version ready by Novermber 2016.

"How old are you?"
"I’m 20 years old. What do you think I should do at my age?"
Some people said: “Oh, You are so young, girl. Enjoy your life. Make friends. Travel as much as you can.”
Some people said “Just do what you want or what you like. When you go to work, you will not have a great time as you get now”.
As for me, twenty is the age when you must determine clearly what the purpose of your life is. Twenty is the time when you get everything in your hands: your knowledge, your own relationships, your ahead future and so on. You get lots of opportunities to use your abilities, to learn and develop yourself.
With me, experience is very important. Besides the knowledge from one's studies, you need lots of relevant experience in order to be recruited by a company. In the competitive period, the companies can’t recruit employees with no experience and then train you how to work. So how can I get experience?
I choose to go to work.
Being a student means that you have a lot of time. You can easily get a part–time job. Starting from these small things that accumulate the smallest value, you can get better things than you thought possible. That is what I realized.
That is my short–term goal: to know what I’m doing. I create a process and carry it out step by step. I use my knowledge to work and learn new things. I read books, learn through online videos and learn from my colleagues to enhance my awareness. I’m satisfied with I have done and what I’m doing. My life is more meaningful than ever because I’m growing up and changing every day.
I used to watch a video posted on Facebook by chance. It’s a meeting between Jack Ma and young people. He shared his view about life, work and his suggestion for the youth. I still remember a part of his speech which is turned into my own attitude now. He said: “Before you turn 20 years old, try to be a good student. Before you turn 30 years old, follow somebody. Go to a small company. Normally, in a big company, it is good to learn processing; you are part of a big machine. But when you go to a small company, you learn the passion, you learn the dreams. You learn to do a lot of things at one time. So before 30 years old, it’s not which company you go to, it is which boss you follow. A good boss teaches you differently. Between 30 and 40 years old, you need to think clearly whether you want to work for yourself, if you really want to be an entrepreneur. When you’re between 40 and 50 years old, you must do all the things that you are good at. Don’t try to jump into a new area, it’s too late. You may be successful, but the rate of dying is too big. So when you’re between the ages of 40 and 50, think about how you can focus on things that you are good at. But when you are 50 to 60 years old, work for the young people because young people can do better than you. So rely on them, invest in them, and make sure they’re good. When you are over 60 years old, spend time on yourself. On the beach, sunshine, it’s too late for you to change.”
How old are you? You have to know exactly what you should do at your age, what you’ve got and what you are lacking. You have to determine it correctly so that you can live positively and work effectively. Last but not the least, you should live actively to make every period in your life significant.
